- Social Security Number — last 4 digits only (encrypted at rest)
- Business license and insurance certificates

This data is used exclusively for security purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

- Opt-out: Customers can disable location sharing in device settings, but this may limit platform functionality (provider proximity, live tracking).
- Retention: Location data is retained for 90 days post-job, then aggregated/anonymized. Dispute-related location data may be retained for up to 3 years.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest (SSN, driver's license, OAuth tokens)
- TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit
- Device fingerprinting and anomaly detection on admin interfaces
- Bcrypt password hashing
- Regular security audits
- Access controls limiting internal data access to authorized personnel
