⚖️ Warranty Coverage Summary
• Labor only — covers the cost of the fix, not replacement materials (e.g. roofer returns to fix a leak, not replace the full roof)
• Act of God exclusion — hail, hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, lightning, extreme temps, and other natural disasters are not covered
• Claim cap — warranty value never exceeds the original job cost
• Exclusions — normal wear & tear, cosmetic issues, customer negligence, pest damage, pre-existing conditions, and customer-supplied material defects are not covered
• 100% warranty fee refund — if we can't resolve a covered claim, we refund the warranty fee (not the job cost)
• Florida law applies — all disputes governed by Florida law; mandatory binding arbitration required before any legal action (class actions waived)
